I am a mum of 4 kids & I started Glitter Heaven in 2013. Inspired by my sister who had just finished training to be a nail tech. I fell in love with all things nails & I was quickly introduced to resin when I started getting tagged on insta. So the resin addiction began.
Resin, candles, arts & crafts= YES!
Nails, makeup, Hair & body= YES!
We always recommend a skin test. Everybody reacts differently to different things.
When will my order be processed?
All orders leave our store within 48 hrs. Please keep in mind of our shipping days as this could affect your order process. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. There also maybe a delay when we have sales or new releases.
Does choosing express put my order in front of others?
No all orders are shipped out in the order they come in.
Can I pick up my order?
We no longer have pick up as an option. We do deliver locally.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Some countries do stop shipping so if it doesnt let you please send me a email via the contact us form.
Shipping Times?
*Auspost standard post 5 to 7 business days (Within Australia)
*Auspost express post 2 to 4 business days. (Within Australia)
*Auspost International standard post upto 30 business days.
*Auspost Express Internation post up to 10 business days.
Where is my order?
All orders are sent an email with a tracking number once fullfilled. If your order has not arrived within the recommended time frame & has left us. This is now an Australia Post issue & you will need to contact them with your tracking number.
Is there a free shipping code for international shipping?
No unfortunately, we already under charge for international shipping because we don't like the price either.
Refunds & Returns.
Please contact us for all queries. Refunds & returns will be up to the discretion of Glitter Heaven Australia. We will refund faulty items if sent back to us. In original condition. Un opened and unused.
