When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please note our designated shipping days—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—which may affect your order's processing time. Additionally, delays may occur during sales or new product launches.
Does choosing express shipping prioritize my order?
No, all orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
Can I pick up my order?
We no longer offer in-store pickup as an option.
Shipping Times (Within Australia):
Australia Post Standard: 5-7 business days
Australia Post Express: 2-4 business days
Where is my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame and has already been shipped, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, as we are unable to intervene once it has left our facility.
Is there a free shipping code for international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for international orders. We already subsidize shipping costs to keep them as low as possible, as we understand the high pricing concerns.
