Please note post pick up from us are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please take this in account if your needing stock asap. 

We are an ONLINE ONLY store.

Please make all purchases and payments through our Glitter Store. Please make sure your shipping address on your order is correct. If your order is shipped back to us you will need to pay the extra shipping cost and we will not resend until the previous order is sent back to us. If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address on your order. I will NOT refund or resend!. If your order has left me and says delivered but you have not received, this is an Australia Post matter and you need to contact them. Once your order has left me and is with a postal service you need to contact them for all inquires about delivery. Order turn around is 3 business days to prepare your order. Please have this in mind when choosing a shipping option. During sales & new releases these times maybe longer.

Estimated shipping times for outside of Australia are usually within 14 to 21 business days & shipped out within 3 business days. These times can be delayed by custom holds which Glitter Heaven has no responsibility for.  We do not post internationally to Barbados, Mexico, Trinidad, Guatemala, & Jamaica. I do have distributors in South Africa & Barbados.  Click the find a Glitter Heaven near you menu for links. . All shipments are tracked through Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to your nominated email address as soon as your order is finalized.
